DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. Purchased BitDefender Antivirus from them on 7/30. After 8 days of my computer freezing up, and BitDefender shutting itself off I contacted BitDefender they told me to uninstall and reinstall the software, in the next few weeks I had to do this 4 times. I decided to cancel the subscription and ask for a refund and they refused to refund my payment.I was a few days past their 30 return policy.

I purchased Bitdefender Plus 2013 after downloading and installing it ,it shows that the app is unable to start please reinstall it, i have one reinstallation process about 6 times and still the same thing.......
I wish I had googled Herman Street before I bought Bitdefender Plus 2012. Of course, I bought it and it won't download. It says the files are corrupt. So, I sent them an email and got an automatic response that it was no longer their "support" address and they sent a different link. So I went to that and had to track down the actual site where I would open a ticket for support. Got an email back saying I have to send a screen shot and a support tool log. The directions are long a complicated. I also am worried about sending them information on my computer. I just wanted to quickly download a good antivirus and it has turned into so much trouble. I am thinking about just cutting my losses and downloading from somewhere else. Run far away from Herman Street. They are so many better places to buy from!
I thought I had bought a video editing software CD and download, but they send confirmation with a blank where the serial number should be and the downloading links went to pages that had been removed. A total scam. "Customer Support" is voicemail that is never returned and email that goes unanswered.
I purchased a scrapbooking app ad have not been able to install it on my mac. Contact Herman Street for assistance and am yet to receive a response.
